Two gown variants are available. One is 2-ply in critical zone areas – front and sleeves – for additional reduction in the risk of transfer of infective microbial agents. The second is single ply throughout. Both are ideal for use in hospitals, nursing homes, dental practices, laboratories, cosmetic treatment clinics and salons, Doctors' practices, etc.

Washable and reusable up to 100 times – more environmentally friendly compared to single-use disposable gowns.

Manufactured in Ireland using Polyester woven with Carbon Fibre which provides a lightweight, breathable, and water-repellent fabric with inherent Anti-Static properties. This creates a soft, practical and comfortable garment for the wearer.

The gowns have CE mark approval. They meet Standard levels per EN 13795-1 requirements in compliance with EU Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC – classifying them as a Non-Sterile Medical Device Class I. This Standard includes assessment of cleanliness microbial/bioburden, particle release (linting), water resistance, burst strength, tensile strength, and microbial penetration.

Available ex-stock in a range of sizes, S - XXL, with a 9cm cuff size and is adjustable with stud closures at the neck and waist with additional tie fastening at the waist.

Gowns come in blue as standard but can be produced in a bespoke colour on request (minimum order quantities apply).

Each shipment of CE marked gowns will have a Users Guide enclosed following the essential guidelines set out in Medical Device Council Directive 93/42/EEC

The Users Guide contains useful information on

• Understanding packaging symbols
