Sales Team
Our Sales Team is your first point of contact. They are experts in all the products we sell and can advise you on materials, colours, prices, turnaround times and legal requirements. Their skill is in anticipating your needs and having the answers to questions you haven’t yet asked.
Customer Services Team
As well as the Sales Team you can talk to Customer Services to enquire about a project’s progress and/or delivery. We also handle any queries you might have and respond to you as quickly as possible on all issues or questions you have.
There are four teams of designers in Europe and the USA. Their expertise is to create visual graphic solutions around your ideas and requirements. That way you will have a number of innovative and creative options to choose from, all of which meet your brief.
Quality Control & Certification Team
Our ISO 9001:2000 certification and EN9100 approval reflect Botany Weaving’s passion for quality. Our materials are of the highest standard, as are our manufacturing processes. No product leaves our factory without a full set of quality controls being implemented. Only then does the team give it the required Certification.
